Questions
Frequently asked questions
What exactly is the free online checkup?
A one-page report on how your business shows up online: your Google profile, reviews, website, and social pages, plus the three quick fixes I'd make first. It takes about 15 minutes to go over, costs nothing, and is yours to keep whether you hire me or not.
Which plan should I start with?
Most local businesses start with Growth: it covers your Google profile and reviews plus regular Facebook and Instagram posts. Essential is a good fit if you mainly need your Google presence in shape, and Mastery adds a simple website and automated follow-ups. The free checkup will make the right choice obvious, and you can change plans as you grow.
Do I need to be good with computers or social media?
No. That's the whole point. I handle the setup and the ongoing work. If you can send a photo from your phone, you're all set.
Do you use AI? Will my posts sound robotic?
Yes, I use AI tools to draft posts, replies, and emails. That's how I keep prices affordable. Everything is written in your voice from a style guide we set up together, and I review the work before it goes out. You approve any reply to a complaint or negative review.
Who owns my accounts and website?
You do, always. Your Google profile, social pages, domain, and website stay in your name. You add me as a manager, so I never need your password, and if you ever leave, you simply remove my access.
Is there a long-term contract?
There's a 3-month minimum so the work has time to make a difference. After that it's month-to-month, and you can change plans or cancel.
Can you guarantee I'll rank #1 on Google?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. Nobody controls Google's rankings. What I can promise is a complete, active, well-kept presence that gives customers good reasons to choose you.
What areas do you serve?
Spring, Klein, Tomball, The Woodlands, and nearby communities in north Harris and south Montgomery counties. I like to meet in person, so local businesses come first.
Why is sales tax added?
Texas treats some online services, like website and listing upkeep, as taxable. Where it applies, the tax is shown as its own line on your invoice.
